JobMatchingPartner is currently assisting an iGaming company in the search for a PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join their Finance Department. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the selected candidate will support the Finance team with financial accounting, reporting, and PSP reconciliations.

This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €28K (negotiable depending on experience).

Role & Responsibilities

Record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions across various PSPs and bank accounts
Conduct weekly and monthly PSP reconciliations while investigating discrepancies
Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks and reserves
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform basic financial analysis, identify variances and provide recommendations
Support process automation initiatives and finance projects
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in PSP reconciliations within the iGaming industry – non-negotiable
Fluency in English at C2 or native level, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Pivot Tables
Experience handling large transactional datasets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

About the role

Salary of up to €28K negotiable depending on experience
10% bonus after probation
Hybrid based in Tal-Ibragg - 3 days at the office, 2 days work from home
