Two Maids of Malvern is a locally owned franchise of Two Maids, one of the fastest-growing residential cleaning brands in the country. We've been serving the Malvern community since 2024, and we're entering the next phase of our growth. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the business from the inside and grow with us — not just fill a seat.

This is not a cleaning position. You will not be cleaning homes. This is a leadership and operations role.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Manager, you'll work directly alongside the two owners and serve as one of the faces of the company — to our customers and our team.

Quality Control & Customer Experience
• Check in on cleans in the field to ensure our quality standards are being met
• Meet with customers, build relationships, and assist in resolving complaints
• Represent the company with professionalism in every interaction

Scheduling & Office Management
• Manage the daily schedule: customer reschedules, cancellations, and new customer bookings
• Keep the operation running smoothly on busy days (some days we run 15+ cleans)

Team Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee call-outs and team-related matters
• Help keep our Professional House Cleaners (PHCs) supported, equipped, and ready to work

Operations
• Maintain office operations: washing and drying rags, refilling chemical bottles and PHC caddies
• Maintain equipment such as vacuums and cleaning supplies

What We're Looking For
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, busy schedule
• Calm and effective under pressure — high-stress situations don't rattle you
• Strong communication skills with both customers and team members
• Reliable transportation (gas stipend provided)
• Prior cleaning industry experience is not required, but is preferred
• Service industry and/or managerial experience is a plus
• Someone who wants to learn the business and grow into a larger role as we expand

• 3 paid days off after 90 days
• Consistent weekday schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, no nights or weekends
• Direct mentorship from the owners and real growth opportunity in an expanding business
• Company laptop provided
