About the Role:
The Contract Specialist plays a key role in supporting YPrime's contracting processes and business operations. This position is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and administering contracts while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of agreements. The role helps support increasing contract volume and provides dedicated ownership of day-to-day contract administration activities.
Responsibilities:Â
- Creates study budget for client proposals based on specifications obtained from the Sales and Project Management team.
- Responsible for generating the initial draft of the Statement of Work based on study specifications and proposed pricing.
- Draft confidentiality agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Change Orders.
- Manages the contract lifecycle from the initial draft to the fully executed document. Ensures all internal approvers have been obtained.
- Works with internal stakeholders to ensure all contract terms are appropriate and acceptable.
- Enters contract information in internal systems and maintains an organized system for all fully executed documents.
- Updates internal systems with pertinent budget and contract information on an ongoing basis.
- Participates in meetings with internal Sales and Operations teams as well as client teams in order to appropriately price client studies

Education & Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, a related field, or an equivalent amount of working experience
- 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, business operations, procurement, legal support, or a related role
- Experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining contract documentation
