We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Support Staff Professional (SSP) to join a wonderful team supporting an incredible 21-year-old young man in his home and community.

You’ll work alongside a caring, appreciative family and an experienced team of behavioral professionals who provide training, guidance, and ongoing support. We believe great staff should feel respected, supported, and valued—and that teamwork makes all the difference.
What You’ll Do
- Provide active, hands-on support throughout the day
- Assist with personal care, including toileting, bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Support communication using an iPad and basic sign language
- Participate in community outings, recreation, and daily activities
- Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment
- Implement positive behavioral support strategies
- Collect required data and complete daily documentation
- Work closely and collaboratively with family members and other professionals

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field OR
- NADD Certification with relevant experience
Preferred:
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Experience with positive behavioral supports and data collection
- CNA or comparable hands-on caregiving experience
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Non-smoker
- Comfortable working in a home with pets
- Able to assist with transfers and personal care
- Successful completion of required background checks
