This role is on a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, days, and weekends.

What we are looking for:

Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
Forklift experience preferred
Manufacturing facility experience preferred
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.
Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.
Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures

Position Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on packaging/production line.

Ensure continuous material flow through the production line

Monitor process parameters and adjust as needed

Perform quality checks on board products

General cleaning of work area and surroundings.

Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and working with supervisor as issues arise

Collaborate with team members and supervisors

Perform additional duties as assigned
