Responsibilities:
Compensation Operations & Administration:
- Support sales compensation administration processes, including participant management, roster maintenance, and compensation program changes.
- Assist with goal proration, participant movement tracking, guarantees, and compensation plan administration.
- Support incentive compensation systems administration, data validation, payout quality assurance, and payroll interfaces.
- Maintain operational controls and documentation supporting compensation processes.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Produce recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Support compensation modeling, validation, testing, and analysis.
- Perform data gathering, consolidation, and quality review activities.
- Analyze compensation program performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Governance & Controls:
- Support governance reporting, exception tracking, and compensation review processes.
- Maintain process documentation, procedures, and controls.
- Assist with regulatory, audit, and compliance-related compensation activities.
- Support compensation governance initiatives and operating model enhancements.
Strategic Initiatives & Modernization:
- Support compensation redesign initiatives, implementation efforts, and modernization projects.
- Participate in data and reporting enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and governance.
- Assist with compensation technology initiatives, process optimization, and operational improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support evolving business and compensation needs.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Five years related work experience, with at least two years of Compensation experience. Compensation, finance, analytics, HR, operations, or related business experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting incentive compensation programs.
- Experience with compensation, HR, reporting, or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting governance, operational controls, or compliance-related activities.
- Financial services experience.
