Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment through clear communication and attention to detail. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors in a professional manner, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate departments.
• Monitor access to the location, maintain visitor logs and required documentation, and report access concerns or unusual activity according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Support a professional and orderly healthcare environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and addressing customer concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
