Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and data models that support evidence‑based decision‑making across VFMP programs. The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights, partnering with VA stakeholders within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. Responsibilities:

  • Translate business questions into analytic models and insights. 
  • Design dashboards and visualizations using Azure, Databricks, or similar tools. 
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of data sources and outputs. 
  • Provide proactive data-driven recommendations to leadership. 
  • Support data governance, quality reviews, and integration planning. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, and visualization tools 
  • Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
