Welder III Veranda

AIM or MISSION: 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
•    Live and Promotes Company Values • Proficient in all Welder 2 requirements.
•    Proficient in all MIG and TIG weld / positions.
•    Ability to recognize workflow issues and takes necessary action to assist in conjunction with department leadership. 
•    Understanding of fabrication and correctly fitting parts to ensure quality welds.
•    Must be able to provide guidance and instruction when needed to Welder 1 or 2.
•    To maintain Welder 3 status, associate must be capable of performing any station in the department while meeting cycle times and a clear understanding that this may be required. 
•    Leads by example in Safety, Attendance, Behavior, Performance and adhering to ALL shop rules.
