About the Role:
The Data Management Analyst I resolves user-reported DCF issues and communicates resolutions back to system users within agreed SLAs. In this role you will collaborate with Customer Care Analysts to assist in delivering resolutions to the customer end user and use troubleshooting resources available to investigate tickets; ultimately using knowledge and adapting it appropriately per ticket to resolve issues. This role requires analytical thinking to delve into complex problems, as well as the ability to be resourceful and to have the ability to solve problems in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Escalate system DCF issues to project team when necessary for resolution
- Efficiently and accurately manage simple and medium complexity data corrections with the system database and/or front-end user interface
- Provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements
- Operate in compliance of all YPrime SOPs and WIs
- Manage verification of simple and medium complexity proposed database corrections
- Maintain a fastidious attention to detail while being aware of any downstream implications of data changes, consulting others where necessary
- Work collaboratively with Application Services and Project Teams to ensure full understanding of details of each system they will be supporting
- Recognize areas of improvement and make educated suggestions for process improvement
- Identify trends and shares insights with Data Management team to strategize and mitigate risk
