Core Responsibilities
Serves as a trading assistant, working with traders, portfolio managers and/or broker-dealers to confirm the details of executed trades.
Leverages knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and drivers to identify and resolve trade settlement issues. Monitors trade settlements and communicates failed settlements to the appropriate trade desk.
Supports process improvements efforts, completes comprehensive analysis, and recommends solutions.
Documents procedures across all investment product types. Leverages fund and operational knowledge to aid in the production of gold copy data and enhance output.
Oversees daily operations, manages controls, and verifies completion of processes.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and proactively proposes solutions.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Two years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
