This role currently follows a Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts schedule. Day position and night position available. Night shift is Mon - Fri 7pm to 3:30 am.

What we are looking for:

Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
Forklift experience
Manufacturing facility experience preferred
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards

Position Responsibilities:

Verifies quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of products and items of merchandise ready for shipment
Counts, weighs, measures, or examines packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications
Compares items packed with customer's order and other identifying data
Loads, unloads, and moves materials within on work site
Loads materials onto vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
Loads and unloads board or other materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily tracking sheet
Cleans work area, machines, and equipment
Operates forklift in loading trucks or moving materials and products
All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.
Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.
Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures
