Hourly Pay Rate: $21.11-$22.93

A little about this position:

• Hardgoods Specialist: Guides guests in selecting snow and bike gear from demo to purchase, ensuring readiness for the hill.
• Skiing/snowboarding experience and certifications required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Hardgoods Sales and boot fitting experience necessary.
• Outdoor enthusiast with strong selling and guest service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease.
• Initiative, quick learning, and certifications completion.
• Ability to customize and mount snowboard bindings.
• Safety-conscious, handles physical tasks in varied weather.
• Critical for expertise culture and gear knowledge.
• Specializes in ski and snowboard categories, with a desire for growth and education.
