Overview
Seeking an experienced Urology Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) for a busy specialty practice. The APN will work collaboratively within our patient-centered care model to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with urological health needs. This role requires strong competencies in direct clinical practice, leadership, and collaboration. A proven background in urology is essential.

Qualifications
Education:
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program.
Required Licenses & Certifications:
- Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current NJ Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) License.
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Required Skills & Credentials:
- Experience in a relevant patient care setting.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Active New Jersey prescriptive authority (CDS and DEA).
- Ability to maintain a collaborative agreement with staff physicians.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Preferred Certification:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
Starting Minimum Rate
