Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing the administration of client services as it pertains to client interaction and management of accounts, and general office management activities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage new client implementation process

  • Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention

  • Coordinate and direct client activities with other team members and assist as necessary

  • Maintain up-to-date familiarity of industry trends that affect the investment market

  • Manage special requests or projects as directed by Wealth Advisor team

  • Adhere to ethics and associate code of conduct policies and, as appropriate, communicate the same to team members

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Has positive attitude, with an exceptional client service demeanor

  • Ability to manage a team and build a strong rapport with team members

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail

  • Ability to organize time and perform tasks with minimal direction

  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

  • Two or more years of related work experience in financial services and high net worth client service or equivalent experience

  • Strong PC proficiency required, experience with Salesforce and Orion Advisor Services preferred
