Position: Ductwork Installer
Pay: $28–$35 per hour, based on experience and performance
Job Type: Full-time, year-round
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
What You’ll Do:
As a Ductwork Installer, you’ll install, replace, modify, and repair residential ductwork systems to improve airflow, efficiency, and overall home comfort. This role is essential in supporting quality HVAC installations while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous HVAC, ductwork, sheet metal, or residential construction experience preferred
- Experience installing or fabricating residential ductwork is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and confined spaces
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- A professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
