The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and dependable team player with the ability to assist our team in managing multiple projects, reaching critical deadlines, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support personal assistant functions by managing confidential information, managing & maintaining calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and assisting with various administrative needs. 
  • Provide comprehensive support to including drafting correspondence and proofreading documents.
  • Maintaining internal and external relationships with vendors and employees including solving issues and discrepancies.
  • Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Customer Facing Collection efforts.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, verbally and written
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Sharepoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
  • Need professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for success.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
