What you’ll do:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Run errands and grocery shopping as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders and accurate care documentation
- Transport clients safely to appointments
Requirements:
- Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
- CPR certification and negative TB screening
- Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
