About the RoleĀ
We are looking for an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on our project in Manassas, VA. This is a full-time,Ā in-personĀ position.Ā Ā
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of onsite trade work with a focus on safety.Ā
- Coordination of subcontractor work, project schedule, and material delivery and installation.Ā
- Ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners.Ā
Qualifications:
Required:Ā
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.Ā
- Outstanding communication and time management skills.Ā
- Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors and on uneven surface.Ā
- Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.Ā
Preferred:Ā
- Associateās degree in construction management,Ā engineering, or equivalent.Ā
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use standard business software and systems.Ā
