Villagio Hospitality Group is growing, and we are seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our award-winning team at Repeal Speakeasy and Moonsong Bar + Café, located inside the Tempo by Hilton in Manassas.

This role supports two unique concepts operating within the hotel:

• Moonsong Bar + Café – providing full food & beverage operations for the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a polished, fast-paced environment
• Repeal Speakeasy – an elevated, immersive cocktail and dining experience operating during evening hours

 The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, maintaining Villagio Hospitality Group’s service culture, and ensuring all operations align with Hilton brand and service standards. This position helps create a seamless, memorable guest experience across both concepts while operating within a hotel environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality in a dynamic, multi-venue setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager with daily operational oversight of the restaurant
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to uphold Villagio Hospitality standards and Hilton service expectations
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff training to promote education, teamwork, and consistency
• Maintain a polished, welcoming, and organized dining environment at all times
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and managing cost controls as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture where team members feel supported and motivated
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care to ensure exceptional experiences
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to support operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency with POS systems and general restaurant management software.
