Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and team efficiency.
• Assist with pre-opening setup, including small wares, equipment, and operational procedures.
• Lead by example, training and developing staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
• Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to drive profitability.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
• Knowledge of TOAST POS systems, inventory management, and operational procedures is a plus.
