Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist in creating a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors
  • Compile and track weekly tailgate meetings, safety nets, and project safety checklist
  • Track and update training log for all internal Field Management
  • Prepare change order pricing for project planning
  • Solicit quotes from vendors and subcontractors
  • Provide updated drawings to Field Managers for all change order work
  • Update change order logs and buyouts with revisions on a regular basis
  • Management of all rental equipment from writing PO’s, updating rental board to processing invoices
  • Assist Production Manager with fleet usage to minimize the rental cost
  • Assist with Field Management and crewmember scheduling
  • Assist with daily time entry and monitor field reports
  • Assist in writing subcontracts and processing invoices
  • Produce and update project schedules as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Landscape Construction background or experience is preferred
  • Strong work ethic
