Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes, including spirit-infused dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared consistently and to high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including prep areas, cooking stations, and storage.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Assist in inventory management, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as outlined by the kitchen leadership team.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Sous Chef and Sous ChefÂ
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Passion for food and willingness to learn new techniques and styles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
