About the Role:

The Field Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of rental and leasing equipment by providing expert on-site technical support and maintenance. This position involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including compressors, fire alarm systems, and fiber optic components. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and computer hardware systems associated with rental equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Utilize test equipment and diagnostic tools to identify faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems and fire alarm equipment as required by client specifications.
Document all service activities accurately and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide status updates and technical guidance.

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for urgent customer inquiries and equipment rental needs.
