QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education or Bachelor's Degree in related healthcare field.
Experience:
Three year’s experience in Case Management or related experience. Leadership experience.Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Licensure:
Current RN licensure in appropriate state. Certification in Case Mgmt. or related field.

Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning, problem-solving, analytic and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write clearly and accurately in non-technical terms about complex policy. Ability to consult on matters related to policy in an effective manner. Demonstrated career progression with increasing roles of responsibility. Commitment to working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration. Ability to demonstrate initiative, ownership and accountability of mid-size projects. Ability to function effectively in an environment with multiple and fluctuating priorities; successfully manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously. Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

The base compensation range for this role is $40.36 - $66.84 hourly.

Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education. Â Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs such as shift differentials, clinical ladders, and other incentives that may be available for those in eligible positions.
