Marketing Intern

Description

• Working toward degree or recent graduate with degree in Marketing, Communications, or English/Writing
• Strong attention to detail, especially in formatting and proofreading
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in-person in Manassas, Virginia 

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
• Working knowledge of CRM (Client Relation Management) platforms and email marketing tools

• Format proposals, resumes, and project sheets
• Apply brand standards and ensure visual consistency
• Prepare graphics, charts, and simple layouts
• Assemble final proposal files (PDFs, printing if needed)

• Update resumes and project information as directed
• Proofread for grammar, formatting, and consistency
• Assist with presentation materials

• Support social media posts and website updates
• Organize marketing files and asset libraries
• Assist with photography coordination and image management
• Assist with CRM (data management system) content updates
• Provide general administrative support to marketing team
