Your RoleÂ
Delivery Drivers play a critical role in the success of our business as a key point of contact for our customers when delivering orders. The target is to ensure customer service excellence by presenting themselves and communicating in a professional manner, delivering orders safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role also may support operations in the warehouse when there is not a delivery or when returning early from a delivery.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
-In our warehouse, pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy Â
-Safely perform loads order on vehicle for delivery, safely drives route.Â
-Upon arrival at destination unloads product. Â
-After returning from deliveries turns in paperwork.Â
-Responsible for complying with all DOT, OSHA, and Grabber Safety Standards. Â
-Responsible for monitoring vehicle condition and reporting service needs to the Branch Operations Manager. Â
-Provides support to Warehouse and Sales Team. Â
-Interacts with customers and Branch staff during deliveries.Â
-Delivers product on a company vehicle as assigned. Â
-Secondary responsibility is to back-up and support operations in our warehouse. May be asked to operate a forklift (after completing training)
-Performs all other duties as assigned.Â

Minimum Job Qualifications Â
-Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving RecordÂ
-Physical ability - Lift and carry capabilities 50 lbs  in warehouse for loading

-Supplemental Driver Application with consent to contact previous employers regarding any out-of-service violations, misuse of controlled substances or alcohol, and accident historyÂ
-Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug TestÂ
-Authorization to order a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Â
-DOT Medical Exam- -Grabber will provide certification as part of pre-employment requirements after offer letter acceptanceÂ

-Familiarity with using navigation systems Â
-Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination Â
-Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.
