Protect individuals’ rights and immediately report safety concerns. QualificationsWhat You’ll Need High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation. Dependable attendance and strong communication skills. Ability to complete electronic documentation. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. IDD or human-services experience is preferred but not required. Employment is contingent upon completing job-related screenings required by Virginia law and company policy.
