- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
- Maintain strict sanitation, health, and safety standards in compliance with all regulations.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and portion control to maximize efficiency.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques to elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant kitchens, preferably in new openings or high-volume settings.
- Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
