Bartender

Villagio Hospitality Group is growing! 

We are looking for Bartenders to join our team! Experience is preferred but HOSPITALITY is required!

As a Bartender in a distillery setting, you will not only serve craft cocktails and beverages but also educate guests on our production process, flavors, and unique spirit offerings. It will be your mission to create memories by way of exceptional experiences for all guests to keep them coming back.

Requirements:

• A professional, energetic, and positive attitude and team player mind set
• 2+ years’ experience as a bartender or in a distillery or brewery tasting room is preferred.
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
• Excellent understanding of whiskey, gin, vodka, and/or other spirits, including tasting, mixing, and pairing
• Experience using a POS system
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds, as needed
• Desire to learn and improve
