We’re looking for Guest Assistants who take pride in creating seamless, memorable experiences

The Guest Assistant plays a behind-the-scenes but essential role in crafting the Repeal experience. With sharp attention to detail and a smooth, silent rhythm, you’ll keep tables spotless, service flowing, and the atmosphere refined. From resetting tables to supporting food delivery, your presence ensures the elegance of the room never skips a beat. Ideal candidates move with purpose, anticipate needs, and help create a seamless, polished experience that lets guests feel transported from the moment they walk through the door

Experience is a plus, but HOSPITALITY is required!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist servers and bartenders by clearing tables, refilling water, and resetting for the next guest
• Keep the floor, service stations, and glassware areas organized and clean throughout the shift
• Polish silverware and glassware to match the elevated standards of the speakeasy
• Support with running food, stocking supplies, and light cleaning during service
• Anticipate guest and team needs - be ready to jump in wherever needed
• Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards in alignment with brand and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Help set the tone of Repeal by maintaining a composed and professional presence

Requirements:

• A professional, polished, and team-oriented mindset
• 1+ year experience in a restaurant or lounge setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to take direction and anticipate team needs
• Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for the shift
• Availability to work evening and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills and guest-first attitude
