Guest Assistant

Villagio Hospitality Group is growing! 

We are looking for Guest Assistants to join our team! Experience is preferred but HOSPITALITY is required!

The guests assistant supports the dining experience by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set, and by assisting servers with food delivery and clearing tables. This role is vital to maintaining a smooth flow of service and enhancing the guest experience. Ideal candidates are quick, attentive, and proactive, providing seamless assistance to the front-of-house team.

Requirements:

• Personable & professional demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Responsible & timely, strong work ethic
• Ability to move quickly and multitask while maintaining high attention to detail
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and moving quickly in a dynamic environment.
