Server

Villagio Hospitality Group is growing! 

We are looking for Servers to join our team! Experience is preferred but HOSPITALITY is required!

The Server plays a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing high-quality service and detailed knowledge of our unique menu offerings, which include dishes inspired by and paired with our signature spirits. This role involves guiding guests through tastings, educating them on our spirits, and offering exceptional service to create memorable experiences.

Requirements:

• Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for great food and drink
• 1+ years’ experience as server 
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
• A mid to excellent understanding of whiskey, gin, vodka, and/or other spirits, including flavor profiles, distillation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Experience using a POS system
• Ability to articulate menu selections and options, while recommending items when possible
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds, as needed
