About the Role As a Recreation Advisor, you will play a vital role in enriching our students' lives beyond the classroom. You’ll coordinate engaging recreational and leadership activities that build confidence, encourage teamwork, and foster community involvement. Your work helps students discover strengths, form connections, and thrive both on center and within the broader community. What You’ll Do Plan, lead, and supervise a wide range of recreational and leadership programs tailored to student interests and growth. Encourage positive social interaction and facilitate teamwork in a supportive environment. Develop connections between students and local community resources through cultural and educational initiatives. Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with the center’s goals and student needs. Support students’ personal development by fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. A valid in-state driver’s license and ability to meet company insurability standards.
