About The Position
We are seeking a licensed Optometrist for a 75-day locum tenens assignment in New Hampshire. This role involves general optometry duties, including exams and post-operative care, starting on Sep 1, 2025. The assignment offers a split schedule between two locations, enhancing exposure to diverse patient needs and environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in general optometry and a commitment to providing top-notch patient care.

Job Details

  • Location: New Hampshire
  • Start Date: Sep 1, 2025
  • LOA: 75 days
  • Provider Type Needed: Optometrist
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 3-4 days in primary location
  • 1-2 days in secondary location

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess patients' visual acuity and health.
  • Provide post-operative care and follow-up for surgical patients.
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as needed.
  • Advise patients on proper eye care techniques and preventative measures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
