Position Overview
Tony Capraro III-State Farm Agent is looking for a Motivated Sales Representative with a go-getter attitude. This is a Salary PLUS Bonus position! We are looking for someone to join us who wants to be a part of a dynamic Team that wants to grow with us and help folks every day! 

Benefits/Perks

  • Base salary of $30K after completed State of NH licensing + Commission and Bonuses
  • My Current Team Members will top $65K this year in total Income
  • Medical Insurance after 90 day trial period 
  • Sick Leave and PTO after 90 day trial period 
  • NO Saturdays or Sundays    Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm 
  • Opportunity to advance to a lead or Management position within Our agency or the Opportunity to OPEN YOUR own State Farm Agency in the future

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Ability to work in a Team Environment 
  • NH Property and Casualty and NH Life License (must be able to obtain)
  • Excellent Communication Skills-written-verbal and active Listening 
  • Proactive in Problem Solving
