Job Description:

We have an opening for a Clinical Coordinator. In this role you will assess individuals and contribute to the development of treatment plans while ensuring compliance with program and state regulations, and provide required therapeutic client treatment based on developed treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and supervise clinical staff.
  • Assist in Program Development.
  • Provide clinical supervision to mental health interns and clinicians as required. Promote and oversee adherence toward Trauma Informed Treatment and required initiatives.
  • Provide on call services as required. Write assessment of each individual, on case load, for the purpose of contributing to the development of individual treatment plans.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the treatment plan as required by program and state regulations. Manage a case load providing therapeutic treatment of clients and their families in individual, group and family counseling sessions. Treatment may take place in the family’s homes.
  • Accept referrals for assigned programs, conduct intakes and assign Clinicians to providers and youths. Participate and coordinate the treatment team responsible for the implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Educate therapeutic group leaders, therapists, case managers and residential instructors on treatment plans.
  • Review monthly reports and coordinate all treatment plan reviews and revisions assuring compliance with state regulations.Assist in the provision of preventive and supportive services to families in the program.Coordinate and participate in the training of staff, especially as it pertains to the development and implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with consultants who provide therapeutic services. Ensure compliance with state certification/licensing standards, contractual obligations, and Agency policies and guidelines.Complete required documentation accurately (i.e.  treatment plans and assessments, counseling sessions, family and other relevant Contracts, progress notes and reports,  hiring and supervision, attendance, statistics and data collection.
  • Attend client-centered conferences, team meetings, Agency and staff meetings and other meetings as requested.Promote and maintain satisfactory public relations between residences, other programs, funding agencies and the community.Provide emergency on-call services.
  • Ensure participation in integrated community activities on a regular basis.Carry a beeper (excluding Military and Veterans Services) and be available to report in as part of an Emergency Service Schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, mental health or related field
  • License in Clinical Mental Health or Licensed Social Work, or approved plan for licensure in place with the state
  • Minimum three (3) years related experience
  • Extensive program and clinical training
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9MA-5PM with one late night per week and a rotating on call schedule.

Compensation: $82,364 annually with license; $77,364 without license.
