ER Registered Nurse - PRN | Days | Nights

The Staff Pad is partnering with a premier hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's Emergency Room team.

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care during critical moments.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs
  
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  
• Deliver high-quality care with professionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision of the ER physician
  
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions
  
• Perform general nursing duties across departments within the scope of the RN license
  
• Accurately interpret EKGs, lab results, and other diagnostic information to support patient care
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
  
• Current Tennessee RN license
  
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  
• One year of hospital experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, laboratory results, and related diagnostics
