Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Location: New Hampshire (Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Role Summary

This role offers licensed clinical counselors the opportunity to deliver consistent outpatient care through a fully remote model. You will support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes
  • Adhere to state regulations and organizational policies
  • Active LCMHC license in New Hampshire
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
  • Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
