Job DetailsJob Location: Tennessee - Manchester, TN 37355Salary Range: $17.21 HourlyPosition Summary: Ensure that your daily duties and responsibilities are accurately completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded. Duties:  Ensure quality finished goods are being built that meet the customer's quality specifications. Team Members must follow all policies and work instructions. Perform work in a safe and efficient manner including proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) Slight computer work to document daily production data. Making sure 5S activities are completed and monitored; work stations, areas, are cleaned and organized before end of shift  Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement processes Communicate and work effectively with peers and management.
