Manchester - Flexible Per Diem / On-Call Position

Now Hiring for:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

This position provides coverage for staff call-outs, sick time, vacations, and open shelter shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and engage with youth in a trauma-informed, judgment-free environment
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming shelter space
  • Assist youth with access to food, clothing, hygiene supplies, showers, and other basic needs
  • Work alongside a compassionate and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
✔ Experience with youth or vulnerable populations preferred
✔ Ability to pass a background check

Training provided in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Narcan administration.

Must commit to at least 2 shifts per quarter (about 1 shift every 6 weeks).
