Pigment Technician - Plastic Mfg.

Ravago is a manufacturing company that produces a wide range of plastic and rubber materials from high-performance engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials. We are looking for a Pigment Technician to produce quality material that meet customer requirements.

About the position:

• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• 12 Hour Shifts
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• Forklift experience "preferred"
• Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct
• Must have excellent attention to detail while weighing pigments.
• Mustbe able to understand schedule and use it to prepare upcoming blends in queue.
• Maintain/improve pigment room cleanliness and organization.
• Responsible for inventory counts in pigment room when needed.
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.

A High school diploma or equivalent.

1. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to communicate verbally, read and comprehend information, and type when needed.

2. Must be able to regularly lift and carry 55 lbs.

3. Repeatedly reach with hands and arms.

4. Climb straight incline ladders.

5. Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing.

6. Must have color vision.
