Who We Are:
Elliot Health System’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide individual and group-based treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. PHP and IOP are for individuals who need care that is more intensive than individual outpatient programs but not as intensive as residential treatment. Depending on their role, staff can provide case coordination, assist participants in accessing community-based services, provide medication management, evaluate participants for medical issues, and more. The teams coordinate closely with primary care providers on a biweekly basis to ensure that all aspects of patients’ wellbeing and health are addressed appropriately.
About the Job:
The Manchester Doorway Program Manager (the “Program Manager”) will coordinate all Doorway activities in the Manchester community. This position requires working closely with community treatment providers, multiple public agencies to include police, probation, and parole.

- Provides coordination of the Greater Manchester Doorway Program (the “Program”) within the community, Elliot Hospital, treatment providers, and other agencies
- Provides direct supervision for the Program, to include but not limited to, Case Managers and Peer Recovery Support Workers (“Treatment Providers”)
- Conducts public relations activities related to the Program. May be required to serve on committees or task forces as assigned by the Director of Substance Use Services and/or their designee
- Communicates in a professional, respectful manner
- Uses time and material resources effectively and contributes to expense reduction
- Exemplifies a professional role model, coaches and mentors others
- Holds self and others accountable
- Attendance is in compliance of policy
- Collaborates with peers: Supports new ideas/offers solutions.

Who You Are:
- Bachelors Degree in SW, Mental Health, Psychology or Healthcare, Required
- 2 years of working as a manager in the field of Substance Use or Mental Health experience, Required
