The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist to join our team. The Project Specialist is responsible for setting project goals and ensure that the project is completed according to schedule. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Create project schedules
  • Maintain project budgets
  • Record important decision made in meetings
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Create progress presentations
  • Ensure that team member meet deadlines

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create and manage a budget
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
