Aerospace is at a turning point — costs are rising, supply chains are strained, and old ways of building can’t keep up. At Neon Aero, we’re breaking that mold. We move fast, think big, and combine start-up agility with aerospace expertise to design, build, and scale aircraft in ways the industry has never seen. Our team leverages automation, AI-driven tools, and a fully connected digital backbone to accelerate innovation and reduce barriers to production.
Here, you won’t just take a job — you’ll help reinvent how the world flies. If you’re ready to solve complex problems, push technology further, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in aerospace, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Join our organization as a Quality Engineer and play a critical role in supporting shop floor production in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary quality interface to manufacturing operations, working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering to ensure products and processes meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
You will be at the center of real-time production support, helping drive product and process quality while ensuring robust quality systems are in place and consistently followed. This role is especially important in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, where you will evaluate non-conforming material, support proper disposition, and lead efforts to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Success in this role requires sound technical judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to solve quality challenges efficiently and effectively.
