The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are looking to hire compassionate and patient-focused Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapists within their Nuclear Medicine and Respiratory Care teams.

In this role, you'll provide essential respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services across acute and outpatient settings while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | 8-Hour shifts available 

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen, aerosol, high-humidity, and ventilator support
  • Perform arterial punctures and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs)
  • Conduct pulmonary function testing and EKGs
  • Assist with chest physiotherapy and emergency respiratory interventions, including CPR
  • Support long-term ventilation management and critical care patients
  • Accurately document treatments and patient responses in medical records
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Assist with stress testing procedures alongside Nuclear Medicine and Nursing teams
  • Serve as a clinical resource for respiratory care best practices
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We Are Looking For 

Qualifications

  • CRT or RRT credential required
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) required
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Acute care or hospital experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency and critical care situations
