The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospitalin Manchester, TN and we are looking for an experienced and dependable RN ChargeNurse to guide, support and manage the Emergency Department operations.
In this role you will lead a dedicated EmergencyDepartment team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
As the ED Charge Nurse, you'll oversee patient flow,staffing, and clinical operations while collaborating with physicians and careteams to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.
Schedule: Full-Time | Days
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ED nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Coordinate patient flow, bed placement, and staffing assignments
- Assist with high-acuity patients and emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with safety, clinical, and documentation standards
- Serve as a trusted resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN license
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
- Emergency Department experience required
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
