Job DetailsJob Location: Manchester, NHPosition Type: Per DiemSalary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: Road WarriorConstellation Hospice is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to join us in Manchester and Derry, NH! This role will start as Per Diem (approximately 20 hours per month), with the ability to go Full-Time as our census increases. The primary function of the (LNA) Licensed Nursing Assistant is to assist with personal care, to provide assistance and to work cooperatively with the patient and family. The LNA will be trained in appropriate and safe techniques for performing personal hygiene and grooming tasks that include bed bath, sponge bath, and shower bath, and hair shampooing in sink, tub, and bed. The services of a hospice aide are ordered by a physician and are given under the supervision of a registered nurse. QualificationsQualifications: Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state. CNA License must be active and in good standing. Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory. Must have reliable transportation.
