The opportunity

Southern NH University is seeking a student employee to serve as a Mark A. Ouellette Stadium Assistant. This role will serve as the first point of contact for those visiting Mark A. Ouellette Stadium. They may also serve as the ticket team for all SNHU Athletic ticketed events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first point of contact of the department at Mark A. Ouellette Stadium
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Serves as monitor for recreational use of tennis courts and track
  • Serves as ticket seller at SNHU Athletic Ticketed Events (tournament games)
  • Provide tours of Mark A. Ouellette Stadium as requested
  • General office duties, i.e. filing, database management, mail sorting, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
  • Work study part of financial aid package
  • Night & weekend availability is required (M-F is bulk of shifts)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service and/or money handling experience is a plus
  • Flexible, creative and self-reliant

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm vary based on schedule

Occasional weekends and later nights based on ticket needs

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
