The ideal Intern candidate will be able to be on-site in Manchester, NH daily working a minimum of 32 hours per week. This internship will run from February through July 2026.

The Digital Communications Intern supports the development and execution of Internal and External communication strategies through digital and marketing activities across online, social media, and brand communication channels. This role focuses on content creation, basic web updates, coordination of digital assets, and assisting in reporting and performance tracking. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good writing abilities, and familiarity with digital platforms.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and publishing of digital content (copy, images, and basic video formats) for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and other marketing platforms.

  • Support the coordination and scheduling of social media activities, ensuring alignment with brand and category teams.

  • Upload and maintain web content using WordPress/Gutenberg or similar.

  • Help monitor digital performance metrics and prepare simple reports using available dashboards or analytics tools.

  • Track digital marketing trends and competitor activity, flagging opportunities for content or improvements.

  • Assist in preparing communication materials for product launches such as landing pages, social content, product sheets, or email campaigns.

  • Contribute to internal platforms such as The Loop with basic content uploads.

  • Provide operational support to global regions for marketing campaigns or digital tasks, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Coordinate updates and creation of marketing collateral (PowerPoints, product visuals, digital materials).

  • Ensure consistency of the ORIGINAL THINKING® brand story across all communication tools.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate level student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field.

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and use of basic SEO tools (no expert level required), a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems, ideally WordPress/Gutenberg.

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.

  • Experience using email marketing tools is valued.

  • Basic understanding of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Search Console) is a plus.

  • Ability to create and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at a practical, non‑expert level; Canva experience also valued.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.

  • Additional language experience a plus.
